The 18-Year Realization
For nearly two decades, I lived in the world of high-stakes technology and global portfolios at a Fortune 500 company. I knew how to build systems, manage millions in assets, and lead teams across continents. But when it came to navigating the modern job market, I hit a wall I didn't expect.
The Legibility Problem.
I had the value. I had the experience. But the traditional systems — the resumes, the automated filters, the shifting logic of the market — couldn't see me. High-achieving professionals were being reduced to keywords, losing their true career identity in the noise.
Design Meets Execution
I didn't just want a new job. I wanted a way to map the entire landscape of a career. Using my PDES methodology (Prasanthi Design and Execution Skill), I stopped looking for a map and decided to build the engine.
I leaned into Agentic AI not just as a tool, but as a co-pilot. I built the first version of the Career Intelligence Engine in under a week. The goal: solve in 30 minutes what usually takes 30 days of career coaching.
Why I Built CareerOS
I built this for the woman who is a "Global Leader" on paper but feels invisible in the search. For the mother returning to the workforce who needs to translate her multi-faceted value into a market-ready position.
