How PB CareerOS Uses AI

PB CareerOS uses AI to analyze your assessment responses across six weighted dimensions and generate a personalized career intelligence report. The AI does not make decisions for you. It surfaces patterns, maps your profile to career paths, and writes your report. Every output is grounded in your actual inputs — not in assumptions about your age, gender, ethnicity, or background.

What Your Data Is Used For

Your assessment data is used for one purpose only: to generate your report. It is never sold. It is never shared with third parties. It is never used for advertising. Your data does not train or fine-tune our AI models.

If you want your data deleted, email us at [email protected] and we will process your request within 30 days, in alignment with your rights under GDPR and CCPA.

AI Training Disclosure

PB CareerOS does not use your individual assessment responses to retrain, fine-tune, or improve our underlying AI models. Anonymized, aggregated trend data may be reviewed internally to improve the product experience, but no personally identifiable information is used in any model improvement process.

Bias and Fairness

We take algorithmic fairness seriously. Our six intelligence dimensions — Pivot Readiness, Burnout Risk, Income Urgency, Consulting Fit, Leadership Track, and AI Readiness — are designed to be role-neutral, gender-neutral, and industry-agnostic. Career path recommendations are based solely on your self-reported inputs.

We conduct periodic internal reviews of output patterns to identify and address any unintended bias in career pathing recommendations. We are committed to publishing a public bias audit report by Q4 2026.

Regulatory Alignment

PB CareerOS is designed with awareness of emerging AI governance frameworks including the EU AI Act, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (RMF), and ISO/IEC 42001. While PB CareerOS is a consumer-facing tool and not subject to the highest risk tiers of these frameworks, we voluntarily align our practices with their transparency and accountability principles.

Human Oversight

PB CareerOS outputs are informational. They are not legal, financial, or clinical career advice. Every report is a starting point for your own decision-making, not a directive. We encourage you to use your report in conversation with mentors, coaches, and trusted advisors. The AI assists. You decide.
