Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CareerOS platform, located at www.customizecareermap.org ("the Platform"), operated by PrasanthiBallada Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use CareerOS solely for your own personal, non-commercial career planning purposes. You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content, report, or output generated by the Platform without our express written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract the Platform's AI models, scoring algorithms, prompt systems, or proprietary methodologies.
• Impersonate another person or provide false information during the assessment or account creation process.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms, without notice and without liability.

2. Payment Terms

CareerOS offers a free Mini Clarity Snapshot and a paid Pro Report. By purchasing the Pro Report or any other paid product on the Platform, you agree to the following:

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable fees unless otherwise stated.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials on our servers.
• Immediate Access: Upon successful payment, your full Pro Report is unlocked immediately and accessible within your account.
• Authorization: By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails or is declined, access to paid content will not be granted until payment is successfully completed.

3. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Because CareerOS delivers a personalized, AI-generated digital report that is made available immediately upon payment, the product is considered fully delivered at the time of purchase. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds once a report has been generated and accessed.

This policy applies to:

• Pro Report purchases ($97)
• Any future premium plans, add-ons, or digital products offered on the Platform

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased report, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and technology on the CareerOS Platform — including but not limited to the diagnostic framework, scoring methodology, AI prompt architecture, report structure, copy, design, and software code — are the exclusive intellectual property of PrasanthiBallada Enterprises LLC, protected under U.S. and international copyright, trade secret, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and your personal report for your own private, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the Platform or its outputs.
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's methodology, scoring system, or report structure.
• Use any CareerOS content for commercial purposes, including resale, consulting services, or training materials, without a written license agreement.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

CareerOS provides career guidance and information for general informational purposes only. The reports and recommendations generated by the Platform are based on the information you provide and AI-assisted analysis — they do not constitute professional career counseling, financial advice, or legal advice. Results may vary. We make no guarantees regarding employment outcomes, income results, or career transitions. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrasanthiBallada Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which PrasanthiBallada Enterprises LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
